God brings so much fire on the whole earth, he ends up completely creating a new earth surface. Conversely, Part I only occurs on the mountains of Israel, and allied enemies are listed clearly as countries and lands (Rosh, Meshech, Tubal, Persia, Cush, Gomer, Beth-togarmah, Put, and many nations.
